Gin is a wonderfully complex beverage resulting from the infusion of botanicals into a distilled spirit. With immense possibilities to choose from, it leads to wildly different flavour profiles.

You can go by countries or region, trying to get the sense of terroir that can be communicated through Gin.

Another fun way to explore it would be by taste profiles. Some are fruity, while others are piney, some are citrusy, while some are briny, some are citrusy, while some are spicy. See how different it can taste?
